Shipping Policy

Anywhere in India that our courier partners serve, which is the overwhelming majority of PIN codes. We do not ship outside India.

A small number of remote, restricted and island PIN codes are not serviceable by our partners. If yours turns out to be one of them, we will contact you within one business day and refund in full.

We dispatch within 2–3 business days of payment being confirmed. Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays in Maharashtra.

Every kit is checked before it is boxed. For the Plug & Play kit that includes powering the controller up and running a colour sweep on a test strip, which is the main reason dispatch is two days rather than same-day.

Orders placed after 4:00 PM IST, or on a Sunday or public holiday, start counting from the next business day.

Pan-India delivery normally lands 4–8 days after dispatch. In practice:

• Mumbai and Maharashtra: typically 2–4 days.
• Metro cities (Delhi NCR, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune, Ahmedabad): typically 3–5 days.
• Other cities and towns: typically 5–7 days.
• North-east, Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh, Andaman & Nicobar and other remote areas: 7–12 days.

These are the courier's working estimates, not guarantees. Festival season, weather and local disruption all move them, and none of it is within our control.

• Flat ₹99 per order, anywhere in India.
• Free on orders of ₹5,000 or more.
• The charge is shown in your cart and again at checkout before you pay. Nothing is added afterwards.
• We do not charge extra for remote PIN codes, and we do not have separate zone pricing.

The moment a parcel is handed to the courier we send you the courier's name, the AWB number and a tracking link — in the same WhatsApp conversation you ordered in, so it is always one scroll away.

If anything looks stuck, message us there and we will chase the courier.

Kits ship in a rigid corrugated box. The LED roll is coiled in its own anti-static bag, the controller is in a separate bag inside its printed enclosure, and the adapter and tools are padded. The builder kit's soldering iron ships in its own moulded box with the tip protected.

Film the unboxing. One unbroken recording from the sealed parcel onwards. It takes ten seconds and it turns any damage claim into an automatic replacement — see the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

• Couriers normally attempt delivery up to three times, then hold the parcel at their local hub before returning it.
• The courier will call the mobile number on the order. Please make sure it is one you will answer — a wrong or unreachable number is the single most common cause of a failed delivery.
• Tell us within 12 hours of placing the order if you need the address corrected. After dispatch the address cannot be changed.
• Parcels returned to us because of an incorrect address or failed attempts are refunded minus actual courier costs, or re-shipped once you pay shipping again.

Damaged. Do not sign for a visibly damaged parcel if you can avoid it. If you only discover damage after opening, send us your unboxing video within 48 hours and we replace it at our cost.

Lost. If tracking stops moving for more than 7 days, tell us. We will raise it with the courier. If the parcel is confirmed lost, you choose: a replacement shipped immediately, or a full refund including shipping.

Risk passes to you on delivery. Until then, a lost parcel is our problem, not yours.

Cash on delivery is not currently offered. All orders are prepaid through Razorpay — UPI, cards, net banking and wallets.

All prices include GST where it applies. There is nothing to pay on delivery for a prepaid order — no duties, no handling charge, no octroi. If a courier ever asks you for money on a prepaid parcel, refuse and contact us immediately.
